Very recently restored the apt. offers every possible comfort, including fully cold and hot air conditioner in each room, a large mosaic bath with a shower that can accomodate three persons. It features one large bedroom with a big closet, one smaller room with closet and a large livingroom with sofabed and kitchenette, fully equipped with frigo, microwawe and dishwasher. In the nearby Piazza Rudalza, in Porto Rotondo, you can find ATM, Post Office, newspapers, various bars and restaurants and a supermarket wich offers home delivery. A pharmacy is located 20 meters from the apt. In summer a two minutes walk to the free shuttle permits you to reach all the beaches and the main places of the town.
Few steps (unfortunately not equipped for wheelchairs) takes you the private entrance of the apt.; a reserved parking place is also at your disposal immediately downstairs.
